Independent project management and renovation oversight for Howrah's mix of aging residential stock and new development along the Domjur–Sankrail growth corridor, extending the same site-supervision and QA/QC process built serving New Town, Rajarhat, and Salt Lake.
✦ Local Context
Howrah Municipal Corporation governs a city built up decades before New Town's HIDCO-planned Action Areas, which means narrower plots, older drainage infrastructure, and a higher share of renovation and structural-repair work alongside new construction. We extend the same site-supervision and QA/QC process we built serving New Town and Salt Lake to projects across Howrah, with particular attention to structural assessment on older buildings and HMC approval requirements.
For developers building in the newer Domjur and Sankrail growth corridors, plot layouts and approval processes differ from both central Howrah and New Town — an independent PMC that understands both sets of rules protects against the compliance gaps that cost time on projects here.
✦ What We Do Here
Independent oversight across Howrah's older wards and newer growth corridors.
Repair and upkeep for aging residential and commercial stock.
Billing certification for contractor-managed builds.
Talk to a PMC team that treats older-city compliance and newer-corridor approvals as two different problems — not one.
