This policy explains what personal information Weston Engineers ("we", "us") collects through westonengineer.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.

  • Project enquiries (contact form): your name, phone number, email, project location, plot or built-up area, budget band, timeline, project details and any files you upload, such as drawings or contractor quotes.
  • Tenders and vendor registration: company and contact details and the documents you upload.
  • Careers: your contact details, CV and any information you include in your application.
  • Site usage: anonymous, aggregated visit statistics through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, understand your project and send a quote or proposal.
  • To assess vendors, subcontractors and job applicants.
  • To keep records of our discussions and engagements.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who processes it

  • FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers form submissions and attachments to our business email.
  • Vercel hosts this website.
  • Google Maps and YouTube load embedded maps and videos on some pages, under Google's own privacy policy.
  • WhatsApp handles any conversation you start with us through a WhatsApp link.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond, deliver any engagement that follows, and meet legal, tax and contractual record-keeping duties. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw consent for future use. Email info@westonengineer.com with the subject "Privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days.
