We provide site supervision, quality control, BOQ verification, contractor management, and full turnkey construction — for developers, builders, landowners, architects, institutions, and homeowners across Kolkata and West Bengal.
We quote at prevailing market rates, based on the scope and nature of the work. Full PMC on a multi-unit development is usually priced as a percentage of construction cost. Periodic site supervision is billed per visit or as a monthly retainer. BOQ verification and billing audits are a one-off lump sum based on project size, and independent quality audits are charged per inspection.
