Excavation and demolition happen before there's anything visible to inspect — which is exactly why they get rushed by contractors who know the client can't easily verify the work later.
For new builds, our excavation work accounts for the actual soil profile of the plot — not a generic depth assumption — and is inspected before foundation work begins on top of it. For demolition on occupied or adjacent-property sites, we plan sequencing to avoid structural risk to neighboring buildings, a real constraint in dense New Town and Rajarhat plots.
We also handle road and deck construction for developments needing internal access roads or outdoor decking, coordinated with the same contractor-management discipline as the rest of the build.
